Shepherd has been promoted to the top post at the sustainable transport charity, where he has been operations director for the past five years.
"I am passionate about the work that Sustrans does, and my position is unique because I have been fortunate enough to work with the charity during some of its most exciting times," said Shepherd. Shepherd will succeed John Grimshaw, who is retiring in June after 30 years with the charity....
