Jocelyn Boughton and Anne Dawson have joined the Lloyds TSB Foundation. Boughton, the new director of finance and administration, has spent the past three years working in Nepal as a management adviser with VSO. Dawson is the foundation's first head of grant-making, north. She was previously a public involvement consultant for the Big Lottery Fund.
