Volunteering pack for sports centres

Volunteering England and the Institute of Volunteering Research have launched a pack to help sports clubs measure the impact of their volunteers.
The pack includes a formula for calculating volunteer value in financial terms and a guide to running discussion groups. It is based on research into how the 2004 Volunteering Impact Assessment Toolkit worked for 100 volunteers in rugby, hockey and riding clubs.
