Charity shop competition to boost sales

The British Red Cross is asking young charity shop volunteers enter a competition to find creative ways of boosting sales or raising the profile of their shop.

The charity is offering £250 prizes from its Retail Innovation Fund for the four most promising ideas submitted by volunteers under 26-years-old who work in their shops. The scheme was opened for entries to coincide with Volunteers’ Week , which started on 1 June. The Projects will be judged on...
