Payroll giving: major rethink needed, says report

The Government should consider setting up a single, publicly accountable payroll giving agency to resolve some of the difficulties in the payroll giving system, according to a report from the Institute of Fundraising.

The agency would be a non-departmental public body that "could resolve many issues around clarity, audit and access to payroll giving", the institute 's report says.
