Row over status of public benefit

The proposed Charity Commission for Northern Ireland should not be allowed to change the definition of public benefit without consultation, sector bodies have warned.
The organisations made their stand while giving evidence to the Northern Ireland Assembly 's Social Development Committee during its scrutiny of the country's Charities Bill .
