Phil Hope, Minister for the Third Sector, has called on the sector to respond to the Government's draft legislative programme, which includes proposals for 18 new bills on issues such as policing, transport and community empowerment.

In a speech to the NCVO’s Sustainable Funding Projects conference, Hope said the Government would welcome feedback from charities and social enterprises as part of the consultation process on the draft legislative programme.
