Scotland's £19m fund to reduce carbon emissions

Charities in Scotland have welcomed the £18.8m fund established for projects that reduce carbon emissions.
The Scottish Government launched the fund this week as part of its attempt to reduce carbon emissions by 80 per cent by 2050. Charities, schools, universities, local authorities and housing partnerships can apply to the fund. Richard Lochhead, the Scottish environment secretary, invited groups to come forward with their ideas....
