LSC to help sector bid for contracts

The Learning and Skills Council and London Councils are launching a course to help third sector organisations build consortia to deliver large public service contracts.

The £286,000 programme, to be delivered by social enterprises Hackney Training and Enterprise Network and Greater London Enterprise, will focus on what commissioners require from a successful tender.
