Fund will help Welsh groups use public buildings

The Welsh Assembly Government has made a commitment to set up a fund that will help community groups take over public buildings.
The Office of the Third Sector and the Big Lottery Fund set up a £30m Community Assets Fund for England last September after the Communities and Local Government department published its Quirk Review.
