NSPCC denies discrimination claims

Children's charity the NSPCC is facing an employment tribunal claim this week that it discriminated against a disabled employee.
The charity is accused of discriminating against former community appeals manager Deborah Da'Bell, who resigned from the organisation in 2006. The case is being heard this week in Exeter and the charity strongly denies the claim. Da'Bell, who suffers from a heart condition that means she needs a pacemaker, claims...
