Dean Casswell is the new chief executive at Bag Books, a literacy charity for people with learning disabilities. Casswell joins from disability charity Contact a Family, where he was director of finance and fundraising for 17 years. Casswell succeeds Chris Fuller, who will take on the role of director of services at Bag Books.
