Ailsa Proverbs has been appointed marketing and sponsorship manager at business charity Winning Scotland Foundation. Proverbs joins from Project Scotland, where she was marketing manager for three years. WSF is an independent business-led charity, formerly known as the Scottish Institute of Sport Foundation.
