Angela Barnes has joined Navca as the umbrella body's adviser on Every Child Matters, the government framework for joining up children's services. Barnes joins from Doncaster Council for Voluntary Service, where she spent three years as a community development worker. The new role was created and funded by the Department for Children, Schools and Families.
