Movers: Steven Szumski, head of operations, Reach Volunteering

Steven Szumski and Michael Waterson have both been appointed to newly created roles within Reach Volunteering.
Szumski is the new head of operations and was previously volunteer centre manager at Voluntary Action Luton. Waterson will be head of finance and IT strategy, and joins from the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society, where he was director of finance and administration for five years.
