Frances Mapstone, chief executive, Off the Streets and into Work

Frances Mapstone has been appointed chief executive at homeless charity Off the Streets and into Work. Mapstone joins from the Greater London Authority, where she was head of social inclusion and health for three years. She replaces Linda Butcher, who is the new chief executive of the Sheila McKechnie Foundation.
