'The kids lose but the lawyers win' after quango spends £155,000 suing voluntary group

The voluntary sector has reacted angrily to news that the Learning and Skills Council spent £155,000 on legal fees pursuing a tiny voluntary organisation for breach of a £119,000 contract. The quango had said it was pursuing the case to protect public funds.
