Movers: Dr John Higgs, Secretary, Joseph Rank Trust

Dr John Higgs is the new secretary at grant-making charity the Joseph Rank Trust. Higgs has been secretary to the council at the Royal Medical Foundation for the past decade. He replaces John Wheeler, who is retiring after 26 years at the charity.
