Funding: It's risky and radical - but it just might work

Most third sector funders are reluctant to give money to maverick voluntary organisations that use radical or experimental methods to support marginalised groups, often in the poorest areas of the country. But some funders are willing to embrace innovation. Mathew Little reports.
