Two ChangeUp decisions postponed

Capacitybuilders has decided against appointing organisations to lead two of the nine new ChangeUp national support programmes, saying greater clarity is needed.
The organisation, which runs the ChangeUp infrastructure programme, has unveiled the list of winning bidders for the services that will replace the hubs from April 2008.
