Charity employees are being urged to take part in Charity Pulse, Third Sector’s annual survey on working in the voluntary sector.

The annual poll, which is run in partnership with Birdsong Charity Consulting and is in its seventh year, covers subjects such as morale, work-life balance and pay.

The survey, which is open until 12 April, takes about 10 minutes to complete. Respondents can participate anonymously or leave their details to be entered into a draw to win four free coaching sessions with Birdsong.

Last year’s survey showed that morale in the sector had hit an all-time low.
