Simon Howard joins the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association

- The UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association has appointed Simon Howard as its new chief executive. He will join next month from Forum for the Future, where he is head of sustainable financial markets.

- Sported, the charity that aims to build a London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics legacy, has hired Adam Parr, the former chief executive of the Williams Formula 1 team, as its chief executive.

Alex Seery- Alex Seery (right) has been promoted to executive director of operations and business development at mcch, which supports people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. He was previously a regional director of operations at the charity.

- Mimi St John-Austen is the new executive director at Project Harar, which provides surgical operations for people in Ethiopia with severe facial disfigurements. Her previous role was at the Mechai Viravaidya Foundation.

Jen Dougan- Breast Cancer Campaign has appointed the fundraising consultant Jen Dougan (right) as its director of fundraising and supporter relations.
