So you want to be a social entrepreneur?

Craig Dearden-Phillips, serial social entrepreneur and founder of disability charity Speaking Up, has written a guide for fellow activists who want to follow in his footsteps.

Your Chance to Change the World, published by the Directory of Social Change, gives step-by-step advice for social entrepreneurs on how to set up a business from scratch, including necessary considerations such as people, planning, funding and finance.

It will be launched at the House of Commons on 24 April. To order a copy of the book, visit www.dsc.org.uk/cw.
