The British Red Cross is recruiting managers to head three new departments as part of a major reorganisation at the charity.
The organisation is implementing the changes after responding to 26 international emergencies last year.
It is recruiting heads for disaster management, national society support and programmes, and humanitarian policy and partnerships.
All three roles are based in the charity's central London headquarters and are advertised with salaries of £40-£45,000 plus benefits.
Matthias Schmale, head of international aid at the British Red Cross, said: "We are reviewing our international structure to make sure we can continue to meet the challenge of responding to unexpected events, from conflicts and natural disasters to individual emergencies."
