Ringo Moss from agency Positive on how charities make their technological choices in the context of digital transformation

A recent report, Business Transformation and the Role of Heads of Digital, suggested that digital teams believe they are struggling to get departments other than communications, marketing and fundraising to pursue digital transformation.

This challenge facing the industry is an area also investigated by Positive, an agency working with charities and not-for-profit companies. Its creative strategist Ringo Moss discussed their findings with the help of a case study from The Children's Society at the recent launch of Third Sector's digital channel.
