Fight for Sight will stage a 15-mile Carrots Nightwalk in London on 23 September to raise funds for eye research.

Earlier this month, trainers put volunteers dressed as carrots through their paces on the Millennium Bridge, one of many London landmarks on the route, to raise public awareness of the event.

The charity is hoping at least 400 people will take part in the walk, which will help fund research into the prevention and treatment of blindness and eye disease.
