Your round-up of the latest fundraising campaigns

Multiple Sclerosis Research will try to raise £1m this year with a campaign asking people to sponsor MS research for a day. The campaign will ask people to raise at least £250 each and groups to raise £500.

Armed forces charity Ssafa Forces Help has launched a fundraising campaign to mark its 125th anniversary. The Ssafa125 campaign will ask supporters to raise £125 each this year. The charity will also run a 'Big Ssafa Quiz', a series of events and online quiz games in which participants will be asked to make donations.

A trustee of Magpie Dance, which teaches people with learning disabilities to dance, aims to raise £1,270 for the charity by swimming at a different location around Britain's coast every month this year. He started off the Kent coast during the snow and heavy hail earlier this month.

A great-grandmother has brought her fundraising total for learning disabilities charity Norwood to £150,000 by completing a marathon in Israel. Flora Frank, 66, has done 20 marathons for the charity in the past 12 years, running 525 miles. She will run the London Marathon this year.
