Could this dog become the face of the Canal & River Trust, which will be the new name for British Waterways when it becomes a charity next year?

The trust is running a marketing campaign to find a canal-loving canine to front a marketing campaign to promote its launch in April 2012.

The Mayhew Animal Home in London entered Molly, a West Highland White Terrier, who was abandoned with severe dental and ear infections and overgrown nails. The cake was a treat to mark her recovery.
