Jim Mather speaks at Social Firms UK annual conference

Jim Mather, minister for enterprise in the Scottish Executive, has said social enterprises will make Scotland "wealthier, fairer, healthier, safer, stronger, smarter and greener". Speaking at the Social Firms UK annual conference last week, Mather said social enterprises should not seek to replicate the work of the public sector but should continue to pursue innovation.
