Awards: Who do you admire most?

Now is the time to make your nominations for this year's Britain's Most Admired Charities awards.

Third Sector's Britain's Most Admired Charities awards have become an established part of the voluntary sector calendar, and now is your chance to take part in the poll to decide this year's winners - just fill in the form below.

There are four categories: Britain's Most Admired Charity, won last year by Medecins Sans Frontieres UK; Most Admired Charity Chief Executive, won by Shami Chakrabarti; Most Innovative Charity, won by the Fairtrade Foundation; and Most Admired Celebrity Charity Champion, won by Bob Geldof.

Your nominations will be used to create a shortlist, which will be submitted for a second round of voting later in the year. The awards, sponsored by the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, will be presented at a ceremony at the RBS headquarters in London on 29 November.

For each category there is also a question about the reason for your nominations. The responses will be analysed to reveal which qualities and abilities the sector values in its organisations and leaders.

Please take a few minutes to respond. All replies will remain confidential and will be entered in a p rize draw for a case of wine from Corney and Barrow.
