The social investment wholesaler Big Society Capital has launched a new website to provide easier access to information about social finance for charities and social enterprises.
The Good Finance website is a prototype created by a steering group including representatives from BSC, the Cabinet Office, the National Council for Voluntary Organisations, Social Enterprise UK, Access – The Foundation for Social Investment, the creative agency Matter&Co, the community organisations network Locality and the social investment firm Flip Finance.
The website is part of a wider campaign to increase understanding of and improve access to social investment and finance.
It includes case studies, research, events, information about social investment tax relief and social investment funds, and guidance on how to measure social impact.
The website, which includes content from Big Society Capital’s old website, will be developed further after consultation with charities and social enterprises.
