Breakthrough Breast Cancer has been working with agencies Brandsmiths and Hat-trick Design over the past 18 months to create its new identity.
It said the brand defined its "bold, determined and optimistic" outlook.
An advertising campaign featuring the new brand will run during Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.
The charity's new website will have stories and pictures of cancer survivors, fundraisers and campaigners.
Fiona Hazell, director of marketing and communications at Breakthrough, said the charity wanted to show it had both an "absolute belief that we will break through breast cancer" and proven expertise in delivering increased awareness and new treatments.
She said the new brand aimed to "capture this powerful combination of attitude and track record and shout it from the rooftops".
The rebrand is the charity's first major one since it was founded 18 years ago. It said the cost of creating the new image was confidential.
