Today is the last chance to take part in Charity Pulse, Third Sector’s annual survey that asks voluntary sector workers about conditions in the sector.

The research, carried out in partnership with Birdsong Charity Consulting and in its seventh year, covers subjects such as morale, pay and work-life balance.

An initial analysis of this year’s survey showed that morale among voluntary sector employees was improving. Thirty-eight per cent of initial respondents say they believe morale at their charity is high, compared with 29 per cent in the final results last year.

Respondents can participate anonymously in the survey, which takes about 10 minutes to complete, or leave their details to be entered into a draw to win four free coaching sessions with Birdsong. It will remain open until the close of business today.
