Voluntary sector staff are being given the opportunity to take part in an annual survey that tracks job satisfaction.

Charity Pulse, which is run by Third Sector and Birdsong Charity Consulting, gives staff the chance to rate their workplaces, leaders and career prospects.

The survey is now in its sixth year. Last year, more than 700 employees from about 150 charities took part.

Charities can use the results to benchmark their performance against others in the sector to see where they are doing well and where they need to improve.

Staff can choose to be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a coaching session with Birdsong, or complete the survey anonymously.

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. To take part, click here.
