Charity urges pet owners to shoot dogs and cats

Bath Cats and Dogs Home has launched its annual Christmas photography competition to help raise funds.

The charity, which cares for more than 3,000 animals each year, is inviting amateur photographers to enter their snaps in categories such as 'Most photogenic dog' and 'Best photo of a cat re-homed from Bath Cats and Dogs Home'. The entry fee is £1.50 per photo.
