Communications News: Fair play

Fair-trade drinks company Cafedirect will stage a collection of plays at this year's Edinburgh Fringe Festival for the third year running. One interactive children's play, 'Grouchy Tiger, Hidden Badger' (pictured), uses a magical story to inform children about fair trade. The company will also advertise its instant coffee brand '5065' on the back of 1 million festival tickets, and on coffee cups in shops near venues at the festival, making it Cafedirect's largest ever presence at the arts event. The plays will be performed on a suspended stage, called the '5065 Lift', at the Pleasance Courtyard from 4-15 August.
