The pandemic, followed by economic uncertainty, forced organisations into accelerated change. Against this unprecedented backdrop, many forecasted that forced accelerated change would lead to choppy waters for charities and not-for-profit groups.
Happily, the opposite appears to be happening.
In our Third Sector Insight report, produced in association with Unit4’s Business Future Index, we found that 86% of organisations reported achieving a better employee work-life balance after undertaking a digital transformation process, while 69% said they believed they had a better ability to meet CSR goals because of accelerated change.
Simply, organisations dealing with accelerated change have performed better. Now is not the time to sit still, though. Our report looks at how further accelerated change can have a positive impact on ESG, talent, people, sustainability and more to deliver better business in the third sector.
