A free online summit is to be held on 2 April to help charities across the world to respond to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The conference will be held online from 12 noon to 6pm on Thursday 2 April and will include sessions on a range of timely themes, including:
- Setting up a response taskforce
- Working with your board during a crisis
- Diversifying quickly
- Creating digital campaigns
- Mobilising volunteers during a lockdown
- Becoming digital-focused
- Campaigning in a crisis
Confirmed speakers so far include: the international fundraising expert Beth Kanter; Rebecca Davies, head of international humanitarian fundraising at Save the Children International; Wayne Murray, director of the fundraising and communications agency at Audience; and Ligia Pena, global legacies manager at Greenpeace.
The conference is being organised by the customer relationship management provider Salesforce and run by the conference event producer Fundraising Everywhere.
Sessions are 45 minutes long, including live Q&As with the speakers. Two tracks will run consecutively on the website.

Delegates can choose between the 12 live sessions on offer and will have access to all recorded content afterwards, plus a bonus video resource library.
