How do I contact membership customer services?

How do I take advantage of my membership discount on events?
We will send you a discount code to apply at the checkout of each event when they are launched. If you do not receive this then please contact our conferences customer support team firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure you provide your membership number when emailing.
I'm a member. Why can't I sign in?
In order to sign in, members must first activate their web account on the account activation page . You will be asked for your email address, your Reader/Reference Number and your membership number (to prove you are a genuine member). These are printed on all correspondence to do with your membership to Third Sector .
If you can’t find your Reader/Reference Number and your membership number, you can email email@example.com for help.
Once you have answered the questions you will be sent a verification email. You must click on the link in the email to complete your account activation. Once you have done so you will be able to sign in to the site and access all content, including the full archive of more than 30,000 articles.
I am being asked for my membership number. How do I find it?
This would have been sent to you at the beginning of your membership in your activation instructions. If you cannot locate it then please contact our customer service team: firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I change the delivery address for my magazine?

Can I add another person to my membership?

What date is my Direct Debit payment?

I have paid and activated, but am unable to access content. Why?

I am a member and used to be able to read articles, but the site is now blocking me. Why?
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. You will be given a refund for the remainder of your membership term. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Please contact email@example.com

How quickly will I get online access?
Within 24 hours - online access will start as soon as payment has been processed
What is the difference between a registered user and a member?
Registered users can only see limited stories and access limited areas. Members of Third Sector will have full access to www.thirdsector.co.uk and receive additional member benefits which you can view here. Please note to recieve print and online you will need to be a premium member
What are my login details?
Login details are sent when your order has been processed and activated. These will be your email address and a system generated password. You can active your online membership here . If you can't locate this email then please contact our customer service team: email@example.com
My login details are not working... How do I get in?
Why can't I access certain content?
Only members of Third Sector have full unrestricted access to all of the content that Third Sector has to offer. View the different membership options and what they give you access to.
What does free registration on Third Sector give me?
Registration to Third Sector is free and everybody who works in the voluntary sector or a social enterprise, or who needs to follow what is going on in the sector, is invited to sign up. Registration lets you:
• Read up to five free articles each month
• Sign up for free email bulletins
• Comment on articles
How do I sign up for email bulletins?
Can I change my password or email address?
Once you are signed in to the site you can manage your account details, including your email address and password. To do this, visit My Third Sector. You can change the following information:
• Email address
• Bulletin subscriptions
How do I unsubscribe from your email bulletins?
You can opt out on the unsubscribe button at the footer of each newsletter or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org
I have a sensory impairment. Is the site accessible to me?
Third Sector aims to be accessible to all user groups. The site incorporates various features to enhance navigation for screen reader users, keyboard navigation and users of text-only browsers. See here for full accessibility information.
Do I have to sign in each time I visit the site?
No. If you check the 'remember me' checkbox when you sign in, you will not be asked to sign in next time, unless you click to “Sign out” or visit from a different computer.
I have forgotten my password. How do I find it?
