FUNDRAISING NEWS: Bristol Zoo embarks on funding mission

Conservation and education charity Bristol Zoo Gardens has appointed its first head of development to lead a fundraising campaign to create a conservation visitor attraction in Bristol.

Samantha Mant, who joins from the Wildlife and Wetlands Trust's Wetland Centre in Barnes, London, will be responsible for raising funds for the new centre and will also manage general fundraising operations.

"This project is all about working in partnership and we are currently seeking support from a number of different avenues to ensure the vision becomes a reality," said Mant.
