The National Canine Defence League (NCDL) has appointed an outbound call centre to regain the support of lapsed supporters.
Anderson Manning Associates Charity Services has been awarded the the animal charity's outbound calling contract.
The outbound initiative will involve calls being made to around 30,000 lapsed donors. The contract will cover a variety of campaigns including all lapsed reactivation, upgrades and a rolling programme of reminder calls to "Sponsor A Dog" enquirers.
The calling will be integrated with a DRTV campaign and sponsors will be encouraged to donate through paperless direct debit.
Mary Anne partridge, donor recruitment manager at NCDL, said: "I have been working with Charity Services for several years now and have found its staff and service to be excellent. It's great to be working with people who genuinely care about our campaigns and donors and who demonstrate such enthusiasm."
