The three were among an estimated 12,000 Jews and others from across the UK who turned out to do a good deed to mark the UK's first national Mitzvah Day (literally ‘good deed day'), which took place on 16 November.
Synagogues, schools, youth organisations and charities ran more than 250 events, including a visit to every home run by health and social care organisation Jewish Care.
