Green Queen's speech online

Greenpeace is putting on its website spoof Queen's speeches urging people to have a greener Christmas.

Emails to be sent to 25,000 of the charity's supporters will encourage them to visit the site, where clips of a Queen Elizabeth lookalike can be seen. The lookalike will give advice on how people can lead more environmentally friendly lifestyles.

The charity hired digital media company E3 to develop the idea. Greenpeace web editor Jamie Woolley said: "It's playful, cheeky and the perfect vehicle for our campaign messages."
