Celebrities arrive in pink taxis for the annual Breast Cancer Campaign pink ribbon ball

Former Strictly Come Dancing star Camilla Dallerup and her actor husband, Kevin Sacre, attended the Breast Cancer Campaign pink ribbon ball in aid of October’s breast cancer awareness month.

The couple arrived at the event at the Dorchester hotel in London, in a taxi sponsored by the charity.

Breast Cancer Campaign has sponsored three London cabs in a bid to raise awareness of its annual Wear it Pink day, which takes place on Friday.

Martine McCutcheonThe actor and singer Martine McCutcheon, who was the patron of the ball for a second year running, was also present at the event and hosted a VIP reception before the four-course dinner. Entertainment was provided by Tony Hadley, the lead singer with Spandau Ballet.

This year marked the 16th anniversary of the ball, which has raised almost £2m for breast cancer research, and this year’s ball is expected to raise £220,000.
