Institute seeks first-hand views of payroll giving

The Institute of Fundraising has launched an online consultation on payroll giving as part of its root-and-branch review of the practice.

The consultation, which is seeking charities' experiences, will feed in to the review, which will be conducted by policy consultancy Strategy Complete.

Vanessa Potter, director of Strategy Complete, said she would welcome the views of charities, businesses, payroll-giving agencies and fundraising organisations.

“This online survey has been created in order to fully capture all views on payroll giving in the UK,” said Potter, who used to be director of policy and external relations at the Big Lottery Fund. “It will complement the more focused research and evaluation that Strategy Complete will be taking in the course of the review process.”
