As part of Third Sector's focus on mental health within the charity sector to mark World Mental Health Day, we will be hosting a Twitter Q&A on 13 October.

Answering questions between 2pm and 3pm will be Emma Mamo, Mind's head of workplace wellbeing. This will be your chance to ask Mamo anything to do with mental health in charities.

To participate, all you need to do is tweet your question ensuring you include the hashtag #AskThirdSector. We will retweet the question before we tweet Mamo's answer so everyone can follow the Q&A.

If you want to ask a question in advance, you are welcome to do so by the method above. If you would prefer to ask a question anonymously, then just email thirdsector@haymarket.com or send your questions by direct message to @ThirdSector on Twitter. We look forward to answering as many of your questions as possible.
