Jonathan O'Shea appointed as chief executive of children's hospice Ty Hafan

Jonathan O'Shea has been appointed chief executive of Ty Hafan, a children's hospice in Sully, Vale of Glamorgan. He was chief executive of St John's Hospital, a charity that provides almshouse accommodation in Bath.

Refugee Action has appointed Stephen Hale as chief executive. He has joined from Oxfam International, where he was deputy advocacy and campaigns director.

Teens and Toddlers, the youth development charity, has appointed Joanna Hay as chief executive. She is a policy specialist and served as an adviser in the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit. The founder and former chief executive of the charity, Lady Diana Whitmore, has become founding director.

Andy Williamson has been appointed deputy chief executive of the Scottish social care charity Quarriers. He joined in 2013 as head of adult services.

Samaritans has appointed three senior managers to new roles. Kimberley Anderson becomes head of digital communications, having been digital marketing and content manager at the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health; Hannah Dedman joins as head of marketing communications and brand from the British Heart Foundation, where she was marketing manager; and Kristy MacLeod becomes head of press and PR. She was head of comms at Young Epilepsy.
