30 - The percentage of voluntary sector organisations that undertake 'talent-management' activities. The equivalent figure for the private sector is 56 per cent; for the public sector it is 46 per cent.

26 - The percentage of voluntary sector chief executives who have succession plans in place. Seventy-one per cent say they have no natural successor within their organisations, although 59 per cent have considered their next move.
