It is one of four games created for the charity by film animation company Aardman that are designed to challenge the way people view disability. The characters are based on the unscripted voices of disabled people talking about the issues that affect their lives.

In Fishing Fiasco, Sonny the Shrimp bounces around the seabed in his wheelchair. Another game, called Flyzz, features a character called Callum the Chameleon and has an audio-only option, which allows blind people to play it.
