Alistair Heron, former manager of trusts fundraising at the charity, brought a case of constructive dismissal against Lepra. Heron claimed senior managers behaved inappropriately when they learned he was to testify in the hearing of another Lepra ex-employee, Rokunuz Zaman.
Zaman was ruled to have been constructively dismissed at an employment tribunal hearing earlier this year (Third Sector, 25 July).
Doug Frame, another ex-employee of Lepra who is bringing a case against the charity, told Third Sector he advised Heron to agree a settlement of up to £7,000. Heron signed a confidentiality agreement.
